RFQ - electroplating equipment - benchtop paddle cell or fountain plating cell

We are interested in purchasing a benchtop paddle cell (IBM type) or a fountain plater for research purposes. Our substrates are typically 4 inch silicon wafers with a metal seed layer deposited on one side.

I would appreciate hearing from suppliers of this type of equipment or anyone who can suggest a supplier.
