Seeking powder coater - old milk cans

I have 4 old somewhat rusted milk cans with lids that need the rust removed and powder coated in either one or 4 different colors so I can decoratively paint them afterwards. need done by end of 2006. want them to be able to be left outdoors after they are refinished.
