Exterior Coating of Copper Tubing [India]

We are in a work of copper tubing in Natural Gas connections. We used to do copper tubing in houses to provide Piped Natural Gas, but the copper tubing don't have any exterior coating to protect it from environment and from any minor leakage. If you can suggest me some type of exterior coating for this copper tubing(also considering cost effectiveness) which can hold gas with pressure 250mbar-400mbar.
