Require "hairline finishing" [Kuwait]

What is the process of hairline finishing for any kinds of pipes (especialy used for space frames such as Aluminum,galvanised, stainless steel pipes). Thanks, with my regards.

How big are the pipes? Do you want to do the I.D. or O.D. or both? What kind of a surface finsh is hairline?
