ANSI chrome plating thickness specifications for wrenches [Taiwan]

I do not know if there is such a standard, and if there is, what the correct designation is. My customer and I disagree on the correct thickness for the chrome plating on wrenches, but neither of us can refer to a standard to prove our point. If not ANSI, and ISO or other standard would be fine.
