Suppliers for tin/gold and tin/silver electroplating solutions

I am working on electroplating tin/gold and tin/silver into photoresist mould. However, I have difficulties finding suppliers for single plating solutions of these lead-free solders. Mostly, they supply separate electrolyte of tin, gold and silver. Any suggestion? Thanks.

It may be that there are no such alloy plating baths, Sunea, but contact Technic about it. Plating of alloys is generally only possible when a complexing agent has been developed that will "tie-up" the ions of the more noble metal sufficiently to allow some of the less noble ions to plate out. If you look at the Nernst Equation, you will see that it is almost hopeless to plate an alloy from metals of widely dissimilar potentials without such complexers. Good luck.
