Black Oxide Finishing

Hello! I am looking at purchasing a black oxide line for processing fairly small rectangular copper strips. The product will not be sealed, but instead "De-bleeded(?)". I am told that this process finishes/dulls the surface with high pressure water and glass beads. The process seems similar to sand blasting?!

I am looking for process and/or contact information regarding black oxide and/or debleeding equipment.
