-----Hydrogen embrittlement from the pickling tanks of a galvanizing line
How to avoid embrittlement of hot dip galvanized iron because of hydrogen out of the pickling tanks. Is the amount of H2 enough to be risky (security)?

Hi, Achraf. Yes, the pickling tanks will generate enough hydrogen to be a problem. But hydrogen embrittlement is only an issue in high strength (hard) steel, whereas most galvanizing is done on mild steel. What kind of parts are you processing?
