-----Coating plastic on top of metals
What are the easiest way to coat plastics on top of metals, could you tell me which company sells machines to do this, specially on small part (10 sq. inches) with a thickness of 0.02 inches, for example I have heard about plastic spraying. I'm looking for the cheapest way to do this. Thanks in advance for your help.

It depends on the type of plastic. You can use electrostatic spray for some plastics. It depends on the particle size, its ability to hold a charge, and other things. Some plastics are applied using a fluidized bed or other dip processes. This sometimes involves the use of organic solvents which brings you into the realm of volatile organic content (VOC's). If you bought or are planning to buy this plastic from another company, then I would contact them. Either they already know the best way to apply it, or they most likely will be interested in finding out. I can't give you any help with vendors or specific machinery, but you should take a look at the listings that are on this website. You should also get in touch with a commercial powder coater if you are interested in spraying this plastic. I hope this was of some help!

Robin, just wondering how you progressed with coating plastic on metal? Any feedback would be much appreciated.
