-----Eliminating phosphating for painting pretreatment
HI. Actually we do phosphating preparation before painting. We want to make all the phases on one step. Is there an economical solution to make painting and surface preparation on the same place ?

No, Jacques. Pretreatment is essential. Phosphating cleans off contaminants that would make the paint peel; it reduces galvanic hotspots that lead to early corrosion; it etches the surface; it provides "tooth" to keep the paint on; it prevents undercutting and scribe corrosion when the paint is breached in service; and more.
Pretreatment is more critical to the performance of the coating that the paint choice is. Please try to get hold of such books as "Phosphating of Metals" ⇦[this on Amazon or AbeBooks affil links] by Werner Rausch, or Preparation of Metal for Painting ⇦[this on Amazon affil links] by Samuel Spring before you give another thought to eliminating phosphating. Good luck.
