Need plant and technology for Silver plating for Telecom Connectors [Iran]

Dear Sirs/Madams;
Our company is a manufacturer of Telecom connectors. For silver plating of the conductors used in these connectors we are asking third parties but now it is more economical for us to establish our own plating line in our factory. So we need some information about the plating methods and suppliers for plating line. The thickness of the coating is 5 micron and it should pass several tests. Please help.
