Need ceramic coating for water storage metallic tanks

I want to coat ceramic coating to avoid corrosion on the water storage tanks, the tank material is low carbon mild steel. the tank is fabricated by welding process. I want to coat the tank both inside & our side.

First of all I want to know the exact type of coating technology which you recommend for this application. The basic need is the corrosion resistance on carbon steel tank . application is for continuous.hot water storage we also would like to set up a coating shop for our tanks at our factory , hence we want to understand the total project details & the proposal.
