-----Looking for a plant to reduce cr6 to cr3
2005
I am looking for a plant to reduce cr6 to cr3.
The client is wanting to pump from a storm balancing basin with a capacity of 1000 cubic meters. they are pumping to a tank called a CR+6 reduction tank at 12 liters per second. The capacity of the CR+6 tank is 11 cubic metres, in this tank they are calling for a ( contact residence time of 15 minutes. Above this tank is a smaller tank called the ferrous sulfate
⇦ on
eBay or
Amazon [affil link] tank, or acid dosing tank which has a 1 cubic metre capacity. This we understand will feed the CR+6 tank with acid. This will need some sort of dosing pump which is connected to a sensor which can switch the dosing pump off when the required ph level is reached and switch it on when required to maintain the ph level. The CR+6 tank will feed a Precipitation / ph adjustment tank. The holding capacity of this tank is 21 cubic meters and the contact
/ residence time is 30 minutes. Again above this tank is a smaller tank called (Lime dosing tank) which will reduce the PH level. The precipate will then be pumped to the slimes dam.
Please advise if you are able to quote on the required control equipment, we would think that some sort of control valves will be required as well, if this falls in you scope of supply please quote as well.
