Require Automatic Nickel Chrome Plating Plant

Dear Sir or Madam,

We require "secondhand" (used) automated Electroplating Plant and automatic Polishing Machines for the job of Motor Cycle parts. Our requirement is as under:

Automatic duplex Nickel Chrome Plating Plant for plating on
1) Motor Cycle's Fender
2) Motor Cycle's silencer (Muffler) and
3) Motor Cycle Handle.

Daily requirement on (8) eight working hours per day.
1- Motor Cycle Fender Front, Fender Rear Model CD�70 and Yamaha 100 CC 500 pieces of both model and both front and rear.
2- Motor Cycle Muffler (Silencer or smoke Exhaust Assembly) for both model 500 pieces.
3- Handle 500 pieces.

Automatic Polishing Machine (secondhand, used) for the above parts and same quantity of production.

Please note the plating plant for duplex nickel that is semi bright and bright nickel and bright chrome plating.

Thickness of semi bright nickel = 2 � 3 micron.
Thickness of bright nickel = 5 � 7 micron.
Total nickel thickness = 7 � 10 micron.
Chrome thickness = 0.10 � 0.15 micron.

Plating plant should be straight line.

A complete plating plant is required if secondhand cheaper cost is available.

If complete is not in good condition then tanks can be manufactured in Pakistan.

Capacity maybe less or more no problem.
