Problem noticed in anodization [India]

Recently one of the parts made out of AZ5GU was anodised in sulphuric bath with orange color. During testing it is observed that on a portion of that part, the orange color got removed and peeled off when tried with cello tape. The surface is porous and in other tests such as sealing and conductivity found to OK. . kindly give us the remedial actions.
