Electrogalvanizing of wire

+++++

I have a small rolling plant and manufacture High Carbon (1070) flat wire for several applications. Recently I found a need for this wire but Galvanized. I want to start a small continuous flat wire Electrogalvanizing line. I have all the necessary equipment for unwinding and coiling of this flat wire but I need all the information possible on the Electrogalvanizing process. Is there any book or place where I can find information on how to start an electrogalvanizing line for wire with all the details on the Chemicals, the baths and the electrolytic process? If anyone can help me I would be greatly appreciate it.
Thanks,

Hello, Sergio. Here in the U.S. we tend to call that process "zinc electroplating" rather than "electrogalvanizing". Please see our "must-have" booklist for some info about the classic electroplating books.
