Cleaner before Iridite 6061 on aluminum [Florida]

+++++

WHAT DO I USE FOR A CLEANER FOR 6061 T6 ALUMINUM, TO IRIDITE.

Macdermid should be able to help you with this, Pasquale, as you are using their chromating chemistry. But in general there is more to it than "a cleaner". Usually you need a non-etching caustic cleaner, followed by a caustic etch (to some appropriate depth), followed by a desmut to remove the copper and other elements that do not dissolve in the cleaner & etch and therefore become a black smut on the surface.
