Tape test required for the adhesion [Malaysia]

Dear Sir,

I would like to ask what is the standard menthod if adhesion is carried out on water base lacquer which is coated on aluminium foil board (lamination of paper board and aluminium film).
What is the force required?
Should I take off the tape slowly or quickly?
