Need AMSQQP35 [canceled] and AMSSTD753 Method 100 Immersion Test equipment

I am trying to find a supplier of the test apparatus for the AMSQQP35 [canceled] immersion test. The apparatus needs to cycle the test specimen in and out of the water in alternating one hour cycles. Who makes and sells this type of test equipment?
