-----Cyanide in the finishing industry
1999
Dear finishers,
I'm interested to know whether cyanide wastes are a problem encountered in the metal finishing industry? we have a problem in the gas industry with former coal gasworks. We have developed a treatment system for the wastes we encounter, Iron ferricyanide. Is there any interest in the metals finishing industry for the treatment of cyanic wastes? If so we may well consider adapting the technology.
Regards Russell.

Hi, Russell. Everything is a problem and everything has multiple solutions, some of which may be more reliable or cost effective than others. Please explain the technology and the applicability (maximum CN in, minimum CN in, CN achievable in output, suitable for continuous treatment or batch treatment, etc.) Thanks!
Regards,
