Gear box rotate speed will influence the plating result? [Malaysia]

Hi everybody,

I jz working in zinc plating company for 3 months. So, I not sure about the rotation speed of the gear box will influence the plating result or not?
Our factory plating machine is produced by Taiwan company. There are 24 barrels for plating and control by 4 ampere machine.
Anyone that can help me,please post ur answer, I will appriciate it!thank a lot!

You want sufficient rotation speed for solution transfer, parts movement, and even exposure of all surfaces for plating, but no more than necessary to limit abrasion and possible parts damage. 4 to 6 RPM is pretty typical for production sized barrels. Did you mean that 24 barrels share a 4000 Amp rectifier, or maybe that each barrel has a 400 Amp rectifier?
