Clear crystal jewelry coating

I sell photo engraved products. I wanted to increase the quality by providing a coating to the jewelry or accessories to make the photo scratch free and water resistant. I dont know where to get the necessary equipment or supplies to do this.

If someone could please direct me to the right direction, I would really appreciate it.
