Hi Ganesh

The easiest ways to reduce coating weight are to reduce temperature or contact time.

Dear Ganesh,

Coating weight depends on the temperature and time of application. However, you have to ensure that the coating uniformity is maintained.

For what applications you are using the coatings?

Grain refiners works well in immersion type baths to get a reduced coating weight without affecting the quality of the coating.
