Letter 35077

RAL or PMS equivalent to FED-STD-595 13538

We are a manufacturer of sideloading forklifts engaged in supplying equipment to handle the Tomahawk aboard ship. The contract calls for FED-STD-595 13538 gloss yellow; some of the components are sourced from europe and we are looking for an RAL or PMS number to match the paint. Any ideas?
