Need AMS 2433 Type 1 (Ni-B-Th) [No. Carolina]

I am aware that a shop in West Palm Beach, FL does their Nibron electroless nickel-boron-thallium plating that they certify to AMS2433 [link is to spec at TechStreet] Type 1. Is anyone know of a second source for the "type 1"? I can locate sources for the "type 2" that is the eNickel/boron without the thallium.
