-----Need sharp edges on powder coating

Q. Dear Sir,
We are facing a problems of doing White Powder Coating on Handle on metal Surface.
We have to leave some lines on Handles which do not come in contacts of Coating.We have applied sticker on that space but unable to get sharp edges.
So please advise us how we can get success on this.

A. I guess sharp edges means a well defined masking. You could use general heat resistant paint masking tape [green powder coating tape] (affil link) before coating and take it off after coating and/or after partial cure of powder , if it is possible. Hope this solves your problem.
