Properties of E-coatings

I am a Materials Science student at UCLA, doing a paper on MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF AUTOMOTIVE ELECTROCOATINGS. I cannot seem to find any values for:

-Scratch resistance
-Hardness
-Toughness
-Tensile Strength

I would appreciate any information on e-coatings. Thank You

You must read chapter 38 of Durney's Handbook.

Do you mean prime coat, top coat, high speed coating of coil stock, two coat systems, ceramic, etc. You may find a supplier's library with a copy of this handbook right in your neighborhood, perhaps even in the your college library.
