Brightening dull stainless fasteners

Could anybody please tell me how to get some bright finish on Stainless steel fasteners. My Problem is that I have some fasteners, that are very Dull looking. I could use them / sell them if I could get the Right Finish.

Re: bright finish on stainless steel fasteners. The recommended finish to obtain a bright, smooth surface is electropolishing.

You can also chemically brighten stainless steel in about 2-5 min, rather than electropolishing. The processing is operable for bulk production.
