Chromating code 7030 .. a Spanish standard?

Hi..I'm doing yellow zinc chromating to this steel part.. and the drawing states : 7030 yellow zinc chromate..

I'm wondering what this "7030" means..? the drawing is from Spain..is this a Spanish une standard..that states coating specs..?
