Spot refinishing or blueing of titanium handgun

I recently purchased a new gun made basically of titanium. Somehow the finish got marred and slightly scratched on the side of the gun in front of the trigger guard and over the company logo. (bauer) Can it be fefinished in this area or will it have to be refinished all over. If it nedds to be refinished all over can it be blued?
