Need IR paint and testing device for it

I am looking for the paint with low emissivity/high reflectance in the 6-12um region I am facing problem how to test the optical properties of the paint please send me the detail information how to test the IR paint and which matchine should be used to test the optical properties of the paint and the coater used to coat the paint.
