Need titanium tube/tubesheet heat exchangers for marine refrigeration

I am a marine engineer engaged in manufacturing small heat exchangers for refrigeration. Does anyone know a foreign supplier of titanium clad tubesheets? USA suppliers are not interested in small stuff. Thanks,
