How much copper sulphate do I put in a copper plating experiment?

Hello there,

I just purchased 30 grams of copper sulphate ⇦ on eBay or Amazon [affil link] for an 8th grade science fair project and I would like to know how many grams of this to put in a copper plating bath to copper plate metals such as; aluminum, iron, brass, stainless steel, and zinc plated steel.

Can you help me?
