Refinishing antique elementary school chair

Hello. I have refinished a very old chair from a public school. My problem is that I cannot find chair tips - the bottom of the chair is not round but oblong and kind of slanted. If anyone has any idea where I can purchase chair tips to fit this old school chair, please please let me know. thank you.

I have an old school chair that I would like to refinish for my son, but I can't seem to get the metal off the seat and the back, any help on how to do this would be great. I am also looking for feet, can't find them anywhere either.
