Corrosive effects of (ACQ) and (CAB) leachate on surface prior to paint

In the trailer building industry some builders install the wood decking on the flat bed trailers prior to painting. With the wood deck on they enter the wash bay to be cleaned and phosphatized, the wash waters running over the wood decking release (ACQ) Alkaline Copper Quaternary or (CAB) Copper Azole Borate leachate over the yet to be painted steel surfaces depending on what wood perservatives were used for the pressure treated wood. Since both (ACQ) and (CAB) are known to be very corrosive what effect will there be to paint adhesion and corrosion resistance of the applied coating. Another problem that may exsist is that both release high levels of copper, could this cause a bimetal reaction and resulting paint failure.
