Mathematical model for electrodeposition of composite coating

Dear Sir

I want to know more about various mathematical models applicable for electrodeposition of composite coating, particularly Ni SiC coating. Kindly inform me where can I get the details of above models for further understanding.

Dear Prof.Narasimham,

You can refer to H. Martín et al, "Growth Mode Transition Involving a Potential-Dependent Isotropic to Anisotropic Surface Atom Diffusion Change. Gold Electrodeposition on HOPG followed by STM" Langmuir, 13 (1997), pp. 100-110. for your requirement.

I have read some articles on the growth kinetics by Krishnan Rajeswar eta l. Probably you can get it by searching.

All the best
