How to prevent black anode film when black nickel plating




Dear sir,

I am doing black nickel plating from cyanide bath. After the plating, black film was formed on anode. How to prevent the black film formation.

I don't know much about black nickel plating. What is your anode made of. If it is nickel and dissolves, some residue on the anode would be normal.
