Looking for 304 stainless polishing shop

1.) We have an application where we need to have a stainless tube seam wleded so there is no visible seam on the interior of the tube. The stainless is 304 and is about 12-14 Gauge

2.) The same application we need to mirror polished the interior of the tube. Does anyone know of a particular or multiple vendors that can do either of these jobs?
