How to extrude coal tar enamel into 25 kg cakes [India]

I am making coal tar enamel for under ground pipe coating. It is filled in 250 Kg. ms drum in hot liquid condition at 220*C which gets cold with water spray and delivered as solid in drum. I want make it in 25 kg in cake form through extrusion process.
