Brightening stainless steel of new car wash equipment [Maryland]

I just purchased the latest and greatest in full service conveyor car washing equipment. The entire system is stainless steel. I was expecting a mirrored finished product, but it is not only not a polished finish, but is now covered in grease from the removal or the galvenized steel equipment and the installation of the new. What can I do to the equipment (10' legs and frame) to bring out the finish?
