Passivation of local area on 304 [Turkey]

I want to prevent oxidation of 304 after an erosion process on the material. The passivation will be done to a local area of 50 -150 mm. But the whole material is big so passivation processes of huge baths are not practical. The passivation should be so practical and adaptable to mass production. (like spray) And no cosmetical disposal should occur after the passivation. Thanks for your help.
