Hydrofluoric acid titration in aluminum prep [Philippines]

I am working in a company that does powder coating to aluminm and other metals, however, I wasn't able to analyse the effeciency of the hydrofluoric acid which is used in desmutting procedure. Can you provide me some procedure on how to titrate hydrofluoric acid? Thanks for spending some time to my letter.
