Need to see Electrocoagulation plant for my dissertation, please

I am Leena Deshpande, a post graduate student of V.J.T.I.a reputed college in (Mumbai), Maharashtra , India . I am civil engineer and doing my masters of environmental engineering . I am first ranker in the college and now doing my academic project and dissertation on " ELECTRO COAGULATION " .

I would like to visit pilot plant if anybody in India has developed. Can anybody help me in this regard?
