Hello, Michael, nice to have you back, and thanks for the kind words.
1. Beyond chromating I don't know what to do, but I suspect one of our readers will.
2. Sorry, I'm not familiar with the distribution of titanium racks in Malaysia, but I'm confident some vendors will e-mail you.
3. Hard anodized coatings can be dyed but there are some difficulties: first, the usual grey cast of hard anodized coatings may make them less attractive than conventional anodized coatings; second, hard coatings usually are not sealed because sealing somewhat softens the coating; and dying doesn't make much sense without sealing. But these difficulties are overcome, and certain items like military components are routinely hard coated, dyed, and sealed.
