Stainless Steel coupons for passivation validation

Does anyone know of a supplier for pre made stainless steel coupons for passivation and cleaning validation? I am looking for 316L stainless steel alloy, ~ 18 gauge thickness, 10" X 10" with a electropolished finish to 12 - 15 RA. thanks for the help, Paul

An electropolished test panel would have allready been cleaned and significantly passivated. Your use of that would be stacking the deck beyond reason and would not be a fair test of your passivation. Normally, 316 will pass salt spray with absolutely nothing done to it. If it had been laid up against a rusty piece of iron, or HCl spilled on it or salt spilled on it or if metal was smeared during cutting, it would not pass. Electropolish is probably one of the best passivation methods going.
