Refinishing needed

I have 4 antique doorknobs and hinges(two to each door) that I need to have refinished. I am not sure exactly what they will need to be refinished with though. Can you help me out. I need to know an estimate on how much this will cost me per door. I also need to know where the closest location this task can be done. Please help. Thank You for your time....

Do you know the finish and base metal of these doorknobs and hinges? How old are they? Are they worn down to different colors? tom
