Set up of small anodizing plant

I am in manufacturing of Health products, and Aluminum tubes are raw material. My works is in a remote area, where no anodizing plant is available within 100 Km. I have to get 300 tubes of 31 " long [OD 22.22 mm / 1.40 mm WT ] per month. I am paying heavy charges on transportation, hence willing to have small anodizing facility [for my size only] at my works. If you can guide me for a small plant or any solution ?

A. Hi Faisal. Our Consultants Directory includes companies who can get you there. If you want quick off-the-cuff ideas on the cost, the readers would have to know what kind of parts you are speaking of (34 foot long extrusions vs. crochet hooks), what production volume you contemplate anodizing, and what type of anodizing you wish to do (i.e., what properties you want from the parts anodized parts), e.g., hard anodizing, dyed anodizing, chromic acid anodizing, bright dipping as well, etc.
