Material surface finishing problem [Singapore]

I am from the metal industry and i am facing problems with the Material surface finishing problems listed below: - Galvanize Iron

1) Black patches with looks like oil stain which is unremovable from the material surface.

2) material discoloration near both edges of the coil
- sometimes the edge surface is brighter than the center portion of the material surface.
- sometimes the edges are darker or black.

3) Intermittent black lines running along the coil surface.
