Surface roughness standard 12.5S

Can you please guide us, if surface finish 12.5S is given in the drawing which have milling - spot face ( Ø 14.0 mm convex shape - 30'-1deg.), what exactly it indicates in the term of Ry, Ra, Rmax, or Rt (give any), and if any conversion exists , like 12.5S=?
