Stainless Steel Elevator Cab and Door Refinishing [Louisiana]

I manage a high-rise condo in New Orleans, with two elevators. The front side wall and doors are polished stainless steel, but over the years, the surfaces have become very scratched. I am looking for a company who can restore the original polished finish, or etch a rougher matte-type finish.
